I would like to start with the profound words of the Ancient Chinese Philosopher and Founder of Taoism, Lao Tzu:

When you know Nature as part of yourself,

You will act in harmony.

When you feel yourself part of Nature

You will live in harmony.

What is it about nature that draws in and energises the human spirit? For me, it is tremendously inspiring. Nature expects nothing from you, it demands nothing. It wants nothing other than what it needs for its own survival and sustenance. Nature Just Is. Nature inherently knows how to BE.
