Wudang Tai Chi 28 is a modern short version from the old Tai Chi 108. Today all new students learn Tai Chi 28 first. The form contains most basic movements for daily studies and makes learning Tai Chi 108 much easier later on. Unlike other Tai Chi styles the Wudang Sanfeng Tai Chi 28 includes many high kicks and single legged stances.
